HR Generalist: Talent, Policy & Compliance Leader

UFP Industries is seeking an HR Generalist in Las Vegas to guide employee relations, coordinate with management and corporate HR. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and administer benefits and insurance programs while ensuring policy compliance. You will advise management on disciplinary actions, maintain safety documentation, manage performance appraisals, and keep HR records up to date.
