Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote BBB Accreditation, business profiles, and consumer education initiatives. Day-to-day duties include developing marketing materials, managing digital and social media content, coordinating events and outreach activities, and supporting campaigns that increase brand awareness and community engagement. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, track campaign performance, and ensure messaging aligns with BBB's mission of trust and integrity in the marketplace. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear writing, presentation abilities, and professional interpersonal interaction. Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze target audiences, monitor trends in the Mid-South region, and measure campaign effectiveness. Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Relevant skills include proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design or content management systems.
