Pediatrics/NICU CNA/PCT - Rotating Day/NightsThis is a 13-week contract position.Rotating shifts: 3x12-hour shifts per week (day: 07:00 - 19:30; night: 19:00 - 07:30). Every other weekend and holiday coverage required as scheduled.We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA/PCT to provide exceptional care to patients in the Pediatrics/NICU units. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering basic activities of daily living (ADLs), monitoring patients, and assisting with specialized care needs.Assist with basic ADLs including transfers, bathing, and grooming.Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition.Care for patients with trachs, G-tubes/NG tubes, and those with brain injuries or spinal cord injuries.Manage feeding for patients with varied nutritional needs.Ensure patient safety and comfort during care processes.Support nursing staff in all aspects of patient care.Minimum of 2 years of CNA/PCT experience, preferably in a pediatric or acute care setting.Active Maryland state CNA license required.BLS certification required.Experience with neonates and pediatric patients is highly preferred.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
