Requirements & Responsibilities
  • Lead with empathy, integrity, and respect
  • Build and develop a high-performing team
  • Oversee all restaurant operations and full P&L accountability
  • Bring strong operational expertise; back-of-house experience preferred
  • Maintain current ServSafe certification
