Mgr - SAP OTC Business Solutions Analysis

Cencora seeks an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash manager to lead global ERP initiatives, overseeing design, implementation, and optimization of OTC processes across sales, supply chain, and finance. The role requires deep SAP expertise, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of SAP OTC solutions including global template development and process harmonization
Drive end-to-end process design for order management, pricing, billing, returns, and advanced functionalities
Manage full lifecycle solution delivery on SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms
Oversee cross-module integration with SAP SD, MM, LE, and FSCM ensuring seamless alignment
Lead diverse onshore and offshore teams and drive training for user adoption and sustainability

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
15+ years of SAP OTC solutions experience including SAP SD, LE, and S/4HANA
Proven expertise in global ERP implementations and template design across regulated industries
Deep knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA OTC capabilities, ARM, aATP, and Variant Configuration
Strong understanding of integration tools such as SAP BTP, ALE/IDOCs, and EDI
Exceptional leadership and project management skills with cross-functional team experience
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, automation tools (RPA), and testing governance
