Payroll Support Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, payroll processing, credit card management, and vendor relations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting software, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable, including invoice entry, approvals, and timely vendor payments. Process bi-monthly payroll accurately and confidentially. Reconcile school credit card transactions and maintain supporting documentation. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal departments. Assist with monthly account reconciliations and other projects as needed. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Experience with accounts payable and payroll processing required. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Knowledge of Blackbaud a plus.
