Legal Billing Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with 5+ years of legal billing experience who is confident navigating complex billing guidelines, e-billing platforms, and attorney-driven billing processes. What You’ll Do Manage the complete legal billing process from WIP and prebills through finalized invoices Review and edit prebills, narratives, rates, and billing adjustments with attorneys Submit invoices through leading e-billing platforms such as Legal Tracker , CounselLink , TyMetrix , or similar systems Ensure compliance with client Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs) and LEDES requirements Research and resolve invoice rejections, reductions, appeals, and payment issues Maintain client and matter records within the firm's accounting system Partner closely with attorneys, accounting, and collections to ensure timely and accurate billing What We’re Looking For 5+ years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment Experience with Aderant or comparable legal accounting software Strong knowledge of legal billing, WIP, prebills, e-billing, and client billing guidelines Experience with Legal Tracker , CounselLink , TyMetrix , or similar electronic billing platforms is highly preferred Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a plus Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Join a well-established and respected law firm Work alongside experienced attorneys and finance professionals Play a critical role in the firm's financial operations Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative and supportive environment #J-18808-Ljbffr AppleOne Employment Services
