Responsibilities

Lead our Middletown office by fostering a positive, productive atmosphere where everyone feels empowered to do their best work.

Drive the agency’s growth by developing and implementing smart, sustainable sales strategies.

Mentor our current staff, offering guidance on complex accounts and helping them refine their sales techniques.

Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with our local client base to ensure their specific protection needs are always met.

Monitor industry trends and local market changes to keep our service offerings competitive and relevant.

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure we are running efficiently and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License in the state of Connecticut.

At least five years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a team toward collective goals.

Strong understanding of risk management and commercial lines of insurance.

Proficiency in industry-standard agency management software.

Professional certification such as CIC or ARM is a strong plus.
