A background in bread, pizza, and pasta making is preferred. Applicants should be creative and passionate! If the position is for Alta Via Pizzeria (AVP) pizza dough prep would be focus. If the position is for Alta Via bread and pasta prep would focus. Required skills and qualifications to be a Bread/Pizza and Pasta Maker with Alta Via Pizzeria: 6 months of experience in baking or pasta making OR completion of culinary education.
