Job Summary

We are looking for a gynecologically trained physician to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care. The role involves providing gynecological services, which encompass diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, preventive measures, and health maintenance.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in gynecological surgery within an outpatient environment.

• Capability to perform basic surgical procedures, including hysterectomies and fibroid removals.

• Proficient in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of obstetric and gynecological conditions to enhance patient outcomes.

• Ability to demonstrate expertise in diagnosis and treatment, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.

• Adopts a patient-centered approach to foster a positive patient experience.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Interest in Value-Based Care and Population Health Management is preferred.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree.

• Completion of accredited postgraduate medical training in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

• Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS).

• Must hold a current, unrestricted New York State medical license or be eligible for licensure.

• Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration is required or eligibility for registration.

• Must have active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll.

• BLS or ACLS certification is required, with both being strongly preferred.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office is expected.

Base Salary Range: $300,000.00 - $375,000.00 annually.
