Role Summary The Territory Sales Manager leads the retail sales effort within an assigned geographic region — managing a team of retail sales representatives, hitting regional revenue targets, and developing the market-level strategies that drive POS adoption and vendor network growth across the territory. What You'll Do Lead and manage a regional team of retail sales representatives focused on auto parts distributor acquisition Set and track weekly and monthly POS activation targets for each team member Develop regional market penetration strategies based on distributor density, competition, and growth opportunity Conduct field ride-alongs, call shadowing, and performance coaching for team members Build relationships with regional auto parts trade associations and distributor groups Recruit and onboard new retail sales representatives as the regional team grows Report regional performance metrics to national retail sales leadership on a weekly basis Represent Winixx at regional industry events and distributor trade shows What We're Looking For 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years managing a field sales team Experience in auto parts, automotive services, fleet services, or hardware sales strongly preferred Proven track record of building and scaling a field sales team in a regional territory Strong coaching, motivating, and performance management skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field Existing relationships within the auto parts or fleet services distribution industry is a significant advantage Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front-row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission-driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
