Litigation Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal to support shareholders in a litigation practice. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who is comfortable working with medical records, handling e-filings, assisting with research, and providing strong day-to-day support in a busy litigation environment. Key Responsibilities Support three shareholders with litigation matters, including document preparation, case organization, calendaring, and general administrative and legal support. Review, organize, request, and maintain medical records and related case materials for litigation matters. Prepare, file, and serve pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents through state and federal e-filing systems. Assist with legal and factual research, discovery support, deadline tracking, deposition preparation, and ongoing case management. Requirements Prior litigation support experience required, preferably in a law firm environment. Experience working with medical records, court filings, and e-filing systems strongly preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, maintain organized case files, and support attorneys across active litigation matters. Strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
