Audi Pembroke Pines, part of the Holman Automotive Group, has a great opportunity for a receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service while providing administrative support across various departments.

What will you do?

1. Serve as the first point of contact for visiting customers, employees, and vendors.
2. Answer incoming calls promptly, screen them, and forward as appropriate using professional telephone etiquette.
3. Greet clients and visitors, ensuring proper check-in procedures are followed.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service by embodying Holman's mission and values.
5. Direct customers to the appropriate department: sales, service, or parts.
6. Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide basic information for general inquiries.
7. Assist in planning meetings and booking rooms.
8. Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, purchase orders, and mail.
9. Support departmental projects and perform general clerical duties without disrupting call flow.
10. Ensure compliance with data protection policies.
11. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Regular Full-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.00 - $25.40 USD per hour.
