Position: Patio Cleaner

Schedule: Seasonal, Monday - Friday day position (June-September), up to 40 hours per week

Pay: $18/hour

Location: Essex, CT

Essex Meadows is recruiting for a hospitality focused Patio Cleaner to join our team!


Primary Responsibilities:

• Clean exterior siding within the immediate porch area.
• Wipe and maintain porch railings and surrounding surfaces.
• Clean and care for porch screens.
• Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces of porch doors.
• Sweep and maintain wood porch flooring.
• Vacuum carpeted areas as needed.
• Clean and maintain screen door tracks.
• Clean patio furniture upon request.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in accordance with company policies.
• Prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently to meet daily goals.
• Participate in required training, orientation, and life safety drills.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
