Seeking passionate Dyslexia Therapists to support elementary and high school students for the current school year. This contract opportunity, located near Grand Prairie, TX, is ideal for professionals dedicated to making a meaningful difference in literacy and reading development.

Key Qualifications:

• Active General Teaching Endorsement (required)
• At least one of the following: Reading Endorsement, Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), or Licensed Dyslexia Practitioner (LDP)
• Solid experience as a Reading Specialist, particularly in dyslexia intervention for school-aged children
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary educational teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Role Overview:

• Provide targeted dyslexia therapy, interventions, and evaluations for students at both an elementary school and a high school campus
• Develop and implement individualized reading and literacy plans based on students' needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support differentiated instructional strategies
• Conduct progress monitoring and maintain accurate documentation
• Serve as a resource for staff and families, offering recommendations and insights into student learning needs
• Engage in ongoing communication with educational staff regarding student progress
