Program Coordinator

Responsibilities Coordinate all process activities for the assigned accounts. Manage timelines, tracking through each phase of the program. Keep internal and external stakeholders aware of the timelines. Maintain budget control of the project, including status reports. Update status reports and attend weekly status meetings. Meet revenue forecast for coordinated locations. Ensure customer satisfaction internally and externally. Achieve timely closings to meet weekly forecasts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or project management experience preferred. At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to read and interpret documents such as invoices, reports, and procedure manuals. Skilled at writing reports and internal/external communications and correspondence. Able to present information and respond to questions from coworkers and customers. Strong mathematical skills: comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating rates, ratios, percentages, and square footage. Reasoning ability to apply common‑sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Must meet deadlines; must have self‑discipline, time‑management, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, and email.
