Job Summary/Company

: Sparks Group has partnered with a local country government seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support their busy office. In this role, you will maintain high-volume employee data within our HRIS, manage full-cycle recruitment, and provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR department. Responsibilities

: Accurately enter and update employee data (new hires, changes, terminations) in the HRIS, conduct routine data audits, and generate standard HR reports.

Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct candidate communications, and manage background checks and offer letters.

Answer general employee inquiries, maintain confidential personnel files, assist with payroll/benefits updates, and support HR projects as needed

Qualifications/Background Profile

: 1–3 years of experience in an HR or recruitment support role.

Strong proficiency with HRIS software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Proven accuracy and efficiency in high-volume data entry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).

Strong communication skills and strict adherence to confidentiality.

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
