About the Role: As a Dietary Cook at Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center , you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our residents in our on-site dining facility. Your expertise will help us provide exceptional dining experiences that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents. Your duties will include: Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Food Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure resident safety. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage food inventory, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure meal quality and variety. Communication: Collaborate with the dietary team, residents, and other staff members to ensure seamless meal service and address resident dietary needs and preferences. Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure meals meet established standards for taste, presentation, and nutrition. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have: 1+ years of experience in a similar culinary role, with a focus on food preparation and presentation.
