Position Overview Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist - Hybrid Role (2 days remote / 3 days in clinic) Location: Tampa, FL. Must be located in Tampa and willing to obtain PT licensure in other states. This full‑time hybrid position (40 hours/week, 5 days/week) involves 3 days working in person at the CORA Tampa clinic location and 2 days working remotely as a Digital Health Specialist. Responsibilities Provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. Participate in the development of the digital health program and act as a liaison between patients and in‑clinic treating providers. Develop and deliver personalized plan of care for patients with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. Objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting‑edge software and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re‑evaluations, and discharge notes. Use the digital platform to deliver telehealth visits, including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development. Perform telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) services, including interactive communication and monitoring. Support operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care and staffing needs. Communicate with primary treating clinicians to provide revisions in treatment as appropriate. Serve as a liaison between providers and Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services at CORA. Maintain regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics. Participate in program development and marketing efforts as directed by the Director of Digital Health. Qualifications Diploma from a CAPTE‑approved Physical Therapy Program. Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in the process of obtaining one). Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in outpatient settings. Experience providing digital health services preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong commitment to providing exceptional quality of care to each patient.
