Coral Gables Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist - Hybrid

Position Summary Physical Therapist – Digital Health Specialist (Hybrid). Works 3 days onsite at CORA clinic and 2 days remotely. Provides virtual care, remote therapeutic monitoring, and assists in digital health program development. Responsibilities Develop and deliver personalized care plans for diverse patient population. Objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting‑edge software. Document evaluations, treatments, re‑evaluations, and discharge notes efficiently. Use digital platform to deliver telehealth visits and remote therapeutic monitoring services. Communicate with primary treating clinician and provide treatment revisions as needed. Serve as liaison between providers and Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services. Maintain regular reporting and data analysis of service metrics. Participate in program development and marketing efforts as directed. Qualifications Diploma from a CAPTE‑approved Physical Therapy program. Valid Physical Therapy state license (or in process) and licensed in a compact state. Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states. Experience with digital/telehealth services is preferred.
