Under the direction of the BSO Procurement Manager, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for independently performing analytical business services-related tasks in a variety of functions, including the procurement of Information Technology (IT) and Non - IT Goods and Services as mandated within the State Administrative Manual (SAM), State Contracting Manuel (SCM), and all other policies, guidelines, and memorandums. This position is a limited-term full-time position for 12 months, with the possibility of being extended for an additional 12 months, or may become permanent. CRD’s mission is to protect all people in California from employment, housing and public accommodation discrimination, human trafficking and hate violence. The CRD is the largest state civil rights enforcement agency in the country. It enforces the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Unruh Civil Rights Act, Disabled Person Act, Ralph Civil Rights Act and the California Trafficking Victims Protection Act. The Department has jurisdiction over both private and public entities operating within the State of California, including corporate entities, private sector companies that contract with the State of California, and all State department and Local governments. This position is hybrid and will require 2 scheduled in-office days per week. This position is located in our Sacramento Headquarters Office. Candidates who reside outside of the State of California may be admitted to the job interview.
