CT Technologist, Radiology (Night Shift)ARMStaffing is looking for a CT Technologist, Radiology (Night Shift) in Plattsburgh, New York.Location: Plattsburgh, NYAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/Shift: Shifts are from 1500 to 2330 and 2300 to 0730. Travelers are expected to work 2 out of 3 holidays, and the schedule may consist of 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts, 1 day off, then another 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts, followed by 6 days off. Floating is not required, but call and holiday coverage are scheduled as needed.Job DescriptionJoin our Radiology department as a CT Technologist, where you will play a crucial role in providing CT scans for a diverse patient population ranging from ages 0 to 100. You will be working with Philips CT scanners, performing CT exams of the chest, abdomen, pelvis, head, c-spine, and PE studies. This position requires familiarity with the EPIC documentation system and an emphasis on patient care and safety protocols.ResponsibilitiesPerform CT scans and assist with venipuncture procedures as required.Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.Maintain equipment and report any issues to the appropriate staff.Document procedures accurately in the EPIC system.Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.Required ExperienceA minimum of 1 year of clinical experience and specialty experience in CT is required.
