Job Summary
The AES Group is seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager AI Infrastructure to support the delivery of AI infrastructure and enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Professional Services/Consulting experience, technical project management skills, and proven customer-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide project status updates.

• Manage dependencies, issues, and project escalations.

• Support successful delivery of AI infrastructure and technology initiatives.

• Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills

• 3 5 years of Technical Project/Program Management experience.

• Professional Services experience is mandatory.

• Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.

• Strong technical/domain knowledge; AI infrastructure, cloud, data center, or enterprise IT preferred.

• Excellent stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
