Position: Assembly Associate Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Overtime: Possible Fridays (Voluntary and/or Mandatory) What You’ll Do As an Assembly Associate, you’ll play an important role in building quality products while working closely with your team. Your responsibilities will include: Assemble and package products and sub-assemblies while maintaining a strong focus on quality Follow operation sheets, assembly drawings, and work instructions Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process Learn and become certified in multiple workstations Flex between workstations and support teammates as needed Maintain production pace and takt time once certified Replenish Kanban inventory bins Safely operate tools and equipment while following ergonomic guidelines Partner with team leads and co-workers to keep production moving efficiently What You’ll Bring Ability to meet expectations outlined in the Certification Guidelines and Flex Training Program Ability to stand, lift, move, and perform hands-on work throughout the shift Willingness to wear required PPE and complete audiometric testing, as applicable Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality A reliable, team-focused approach to work Ready to Make the Switch to 1st Shift?
