About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Supply Chain and In-Market Quality. This pivotal role involves defining and shaping the quality strategy for the global supply chain and in-market quality organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure that product release and distribution comply with market cGMP and GDP requirements. This includes overseeing quality directives, guidelines, and leadership for the global supply chain network, as well as managing a diverse team of quality professionals. The role also requires the implementation of global QMS standards, harmonizing practices across different markets, and driving a culture of quality and compliance excellence. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree in a science or pharmaceutical-related field preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in managing quality and compliance organizations. Proficiency in quality compliance processes and regulations, particularly those related to cGMP and GDP, is essential. The role demands an experienced global leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, who can interact with stakeholders at all levels.
