Responsibilities Guest Service Department Manager — ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions effectively, train service staff in service procedures, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service. Kitchen Department Manager — ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items. People Department Manager — hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; support Crew with a strong start and foster recognition and motivation throughout their tenure.
