Server - Weekends

Meadow Lake Resort is looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-focused Part-Time Server to join our team at the Meadow Lake Bar & Grille! If you enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love working in hospitality, we'd love to meet you.

Shifts: Weekends 4:00pm-9:00pm

Rate of Pay: $12.00 per hour plus gratuities

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding guest service with a positive and professional attitude
• Guide guests through menu selections, cocktails, wine, and specials
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Handle payments and follow company cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and complete side work duties
• Communicate guest concerns promptly to management
• Support managers and kitchen staff as needed
• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for every guest

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
• Knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and guest service standards
• POS system experience preferred
• T.I.P.S. Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts
• Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment
