Foreman

Lead, direct, and supervise assigned crew members on job sites Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and conduct job briefings Enforce safety standards, including OSHA and DOT/FMCSA compliance Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel for job completion Monitor productivity, quality, and timelines to meet project deadlines Perform and oversee energized and de-energized work as needed Ensure accurate completion of documentation (JSAs, inspections, logs, timesheets) Serve as the primary field contact for supervisors, clients, and inspectors Ensure vehicles and equipment meet DOT compliance requirements Requirements Journeyman Lineman experience required Proven leadership and crew supervision experience CDL Class A required Strong knowledge of line construction, safety standards, and regulations Working Conditions Work is performed outside in all types of weather environments. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, climb, stoop, stand, and lift for long periods of time. Substantial movements of the hands, wrists, and/or fingers.
