Job Overview Our RN Home Health Clinical Managers have been called to care when they are needed most. Responsibilities Be responsible for the oversight of all personnel and patient-centered care/services provided by the agency, including patient and personnel assignments, coordinating patient care, coordinating referrals, ensuring that patient needs are continually assessed, and ensuring the development, implementation, and updates of the patients’ individualized plan of care. Be responsible for the agency’s quality assurance and performance (QAPI) program, including patient outcomes and patient experience. Create a positive work environment conducive to the attainment of personal and business goals. Ensure overall compliance with all federal, state, and local government laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare. The office has skilled services. The person in this role will be doing nurse visits in the field and working in-office. Qualifications A registered nurse license in good standing. Minimum of three (3) years of home health care experience required. Two (2) years of management experience required. Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
