Job Title: Machine Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: Gastonia, NC
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Payday: Every Friday

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating, maintaining, and monitoring machinery to ensure efficient production. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Feed materials carefully into machines

• Operate controls, buttons, and levers to start and stop equipment

• Load materials onto conveyors

• Clean, maintain, and perform basic repairs on machinery

• Fasten, package, or stack finished products

• Clear debris from hoppers and conveyors

• Add chemicals, solutions, or ingredients to machines as required by the manufacturing process

• Oil and lubricate belts, conveyors, and other equipment

• Safely remove obstructions using proper safety equipment

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to lift, push, and move materials safely

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical skills

• Commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
