General Manager- How Ya Dough'n

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Director of Operations / Regional Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager (GM) to lead our team at How Ya Dough'n, a fast-paced and customer-focused pizza restaurant. The GM will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, food quality, customer service, financial performance, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff

• Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming dining experience

• Oversee food preparation and maintain high standards for food quality and safety

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs

• Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for peak hours

• Handle hiring and training

• Monitor sales and expenses, analyze financial reports, and meet profit targets

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Resolve customer complaints and handle operational issues promptly

• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant management experience (pizza/quick-service preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage budgets, labor, and food costs

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
