Essential Tasks / Duties (this list is not all-inclusive; other tasks may be assigned as required by management):

To work with FACI corporate to fully utilize the ERP system and act as a resource for its application at FACI USA. To work with all departments to ensure that the ERP system is correctly utilized and to ensure the accuracy of the database.

To liaise with sales and production to ensure that production plans reflect the needs and requirements of the sales group. To act as point of contact for major customers’ daily inventory levels to determine delivery requirements. To support office and production staff as needed to ensure the smooth operations of the company.

Qualifications / experience:

Education

College degree preferred..

Experience

Min. 2 years in a secretarial / administrative position is required, preferably in a chemical / industrial company.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, and experience of using other business management software is preferred.

Some experience with basic accounting / book-keeping processes is preferred.

Personal Attributes

Must have a flexible, practical, friendly approach, with a good telephone manner. Must be honest and thorough, and place a high emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
