Hematology/Oncology Physician

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch; overtime applies after 9-hour day. Coverage 2-3 weeks/month considered. 1:4 weekly hospital call (Friday 0730-Friday 0730); rounding 1-2 hours daily Monday-Sunday; weekday afternoon rounding 4:00-5:00 PM.
• Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Full Hematology/Oncology (not solely Medical Oncology). Includes bone marrow biopsies, supervision of chemo clinic patients, acute leukemia patients, inpatient chemo patients, phone consults (5-10), add-on consults, post Autologous Stem Cell Transplant, and post CAR-T Cell Therapy patient documentation. Radiation oncology services available at Marshfield location.
• Call: Beeper call; 30-minute response time required; 1:4 call ratio; phone consults 5-10; rarely called in for in-person patients.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible required; Fellowship: 3 years
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
• Licensure: Wisconsin state license required; IMLC not accepted
