Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- A valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Complete Pediatric Trauma Care After Resuscitation (P-CAR) within 6 months of hire
- National Institutes of Health (NIH) NIHSS - NIH Stroke Scale must be completed within 6 months of hire

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages and their families.
- Support patient assessments and develop nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation occurs every 2 weeks.
- COVID & flu exemptions may be accepted after a declination form is submitted.
- Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start.
