Systems Administrator SSO

Job Description We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support and enhance our SSO and identity platforms, with a focus on the Ping Identity suite. This role combines operational support and engineering work to improve security, automation, resiliency, and user experience across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day IAM intakes and incident resolution Manage and improve certificate management, logging, monitoring, and dashboards Expand and tune PingOne Protect in partnership with Security Implement PingCentral automation and self-service capabilities Troubleshoot authentication issues across AD, networking, and DevOps Support MFA setup, resets, and user campaigns Expand MFA and SSO coverage across enterprise and international applications Streamline federation between Ping and Entra Perform platform upgrades and enhance resiliency Leverage Ping DaVinci for customized authentication and self-service flows Qualifications 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) Strong experience with the Ping Identity suite, including: PingFederate PingOne PingOne Protect PingOne MFA PingOne DaVinci Expert‑level proficiency with PingFederate, including: Strong understanding of legacy Java/J2EE‑based custom adapters Deep knowledge of PingFederate architecture, components, and authentication flows Experience supporting complex enterprise integrations Experience with custom PCVs and data stores Strong understanding of: Single Sign‑On (SSO) Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) Federated identity and federation protocols Experience integrating SSO solutions with: Microsoft 365 Microsoft Entra ID Experience with Oracle IAM solutions (OIM/OAG) is a plus Ability to manage and support: On‑premises environments Hybrid infrastructures Cloud‑based IAM platforms Experience with Google Cloud and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) technologies, including: GKE Terraform Helm Charts Git Jenkins Containerization technologies Strong scripting and automation experience using: Python PowerShell Other scripting/automation tools Experience migrating applications and integrations from PingFederate to PingOne Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve production issues Willingness to participate in rotational production support/on‑call coverage Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills Benefits Finance: Competitive salary package, share plan, company performance bonuses, value‑based recognition awards, referral bonus Career Development: Career coaching, global career opportunities, non‑linear career paths, internal development programmes for management and technical leadership Learning Opportunities: Complex projects, rotations, internal tech communities, training, certifications, coaching, online learning platform subscriptions, pass‑it‑on sessions, workshops, conferences Work‑Life Balance: Hybrid work and flexible working hours, employee assistance programme Health: Global internal wellbeing programme, access to wellbeing apps Community: Global internal tech communities, hobby clubs and interest groups, inclusion and diversity programmes, events and celebrations Additional Employee Requirements Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary.
