Overview

Aerotek is hiring experienced Site Laborers to support large commercial site development projects across the South Shore and Southern Massachusetts. Responsibilities

Perform general site work including excavation support, grading assistance, material handling, and site preparation

Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment

Assist with trenching, backfilling, site cleanup, and other site development activities

Safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

Follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures at all times

Assist equipment operators and skilled trades personnel as needed

Communicate effectively with supervisors, foremen, and crew members to support project goals

Travel to various job sites throughout the South Shore and Southern Massachusetts area

Adapt to changing job site conditions while maintaining quality and productivity

Requirements

2-3+ years of construction labor or site work experience preferred

Experience supporting commercial site development projects

Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment

Physical ability to perform lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Reliable transportation to travel between project sites

Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial construction environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Weymouth, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
