About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events and Sponsorships Coordinator to join our team. As the Events and Sponsorships Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events while also managing sponsorship relationships. This position requires a creative and organized individual with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and adherence to timelines.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
• Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify and cultivate potential sponsors, maintaining strong relationships with existing sponsors.
• Create compelling sponsorship packages and proposals to attract and retain sponsors.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with sponsors to integrate their brands effectively into events and promotional materials.
• Provide sponsors with post-event reports and analysis to demonstrate the value of their partnership.
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for events.
• Utilize social media and other channels to generate excitement and attendance for events.
• Coordinate the production of event collateral, including banners, signage, and promotional items.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity and innovation in developing engaging events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
