Experienced top producers or current Branch Managers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Utah Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager in the Salt Lake City area, responsible for overseeing sales, recruiting, and staff supervision while managing branch operations and client networking. Key responsibilities Oversee branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines while managing active production and pipeline Collaborate with corporate and executive management to execute company goals, conduct team meetings, and implement training sessions Recruit top mortgage professionals and develop strategic client relationships aligned with corporate objectives Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA loan programs Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
