About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for 1031 Exchange Solutions to lead and expand its tax-deferred exchange business. The successful candidate will be the firm's subject matter expert in tax-deferred exchange strategies, providing expert advice to investors and driving business development. This senior professional will be responsible for leading client engagements, structuring customized investment solutions, and managing the entire transaction process. The role requires a deep understanding of tax-deferred exchange regulations, real estate transaction structures, and a proven track record in business development and relationship management. Applicants for the Vice President, 1031 Exchange Solutions role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the tax-deferred exchange, tax-advantaged real estate, or a related investment industry. The position demands a strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking ability, as well as excellent presentation, communication, and consultative sales skills.
