Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including telemetry readings, and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner using electronic charting systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required facility orientation modules during the onboarding period

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
• Current, verifiable certifications as required for the specialty
• Must reside more than 150 miles from the facility (local candidates are not accepted)
• Candidates who previously worked at this facility as permanent staff must have been separated for at least 1 year prior to returning as a traveler
• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting an offer

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Altera electronic charting system
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
