Customer Success Coordinator – South Florida
Caviar & Caviar is a leading importer and distributor of premium caviar, seafood, and gourmet products, serving restaurants, hotels, country clubs, retailers, and foodservice partners nationwide. Through our exclusive partnerships and our own sustainable sturgeon farm, we are committed to providing the highest quality caviar and specialty seafood products to customers across the country.
We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our South Florida team and help support our growing customer base.
Position Overview
This is an on-site position based in South Florida.
The Customer Success Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between our customers and sales team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. This role is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inbound inquiries, coordinating appointments for the sales team, and helping ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys building relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers throughout South Florida.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and customer visits for the sales team.
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and route opportunities to the appropriate sales representative.
- Assist with account follow-up and customer service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communications in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support account growth.
- Attend industry trade shows, food shows, and customer events as needed.
- Represent Caviar & Caviar professionally within the South Florida market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Previous experience in customer success, account coordination, customer service, hospitality, sales support, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience in foodservice, hospitality, luxury products, seafood, or gourmet foods is a plus.
- Must reside within 20 miles of our South Florida office.
