Inventory Control Specialist Job Category: Warehouse Requisition Number: INVEN001278Posted: July 2, 2026Full-TimeOn-siteFST Logistics 2601 Petty Pl Fort Worth, TX 76177, USADescription Responsibilities:Work with the Inventory Control Lead and support the Inventory Control Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory through cycle counting, process and procedural auditing, and other physical and systemic inventory research tasksPerform inventory cycle counts and bin location checksIdentify and correct inventory-related issuesAssist in performing root cause analysis for inventory issuesResolve real-time process and procedural errors through location and order checking audits, assure 100% accuracy on each audit, and report findings back to the Inventory Control Lead, Supervisor, or Manager to help support continuous feedback and improvement across the divisionYou will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FSTRequirements Live FST Traits of Reliable, Responsive, Adaptable, Passionate, and InnovativeTake ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to necessary people, departments, and customersForklift certified (if required)2+ years' experience in a warehouse settingStrong attention to detail and strong analytical skillsEffective communication (both verbal and written) and ability to organize dataEffective problem solverExcellent math skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of WMS inventory systemsAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift 50lbsDisclaimer: This job description does not include every duty or responsibility that the employee may be asked to perform at some point in time.
