Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
• Proven experience with pediatric populations, preferably within a school or educational context
• Strong foundation in speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and individualized therapy approaches

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a range of speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
• Support students in achieving their communication, academic, and social goals within the school setting
• Partner with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student success
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training to remain current with best practices
