What You'll Do
As a Line Cook, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Guests receive food that is fresh, flavorful, and flawlessly executed. You'll be a part of a high-energy culinary team where consistency, communication, and collaboration are key.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing and cooking food to exact recipe specifications
- Ensuring station is properly stocked, organized, and clean
- Monitoring food quality and presentation after dishes leave the kitchen
- Supporting Team Members and communicating effectively across station
- Following all food safety, sanitation and health code regulations
- Collaborating with Chefs and kitchen leadership to improve processes
- Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen is strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of food prep, sanitation, and cooking techniques
- A strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented attitude with great communication skills
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- A growth-oriented attitude - always seeking to improve, innovate, and lead
