Senior Claims ConsultantDue to exciting growth within our General Insurance division, we are currently recruiting multiple Senior Claims Consultants to support our Specialty and Long Tail teams within the General Insurance division. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of complex and high-value claims, providing technical expertise and driving strategic resolution outcomes. You will act as a subject matter expert across Specialty and Long Tail claims, including General Liability and complex risk exposures, while supporting team capability and influencing best practice claims handling.On a day to day basis, you will:Manage a portfolio of complex and litigated Specialty and Long Tail claims.Provide technical expertise on coverage, liability and claim strategy.Drive negotiations and settlements for high-value or sensitive claims.Work closely with legal providers and stakeholders on disputed matters.Identify and implement early resolution and risk mitigation strategies.Mentor and support Claims Consultants to uplift capability.Provide insights on portfolio trends, risks and opportunities.Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and policy requirements.About YouWe are looking for experienced claims professional with demonstrated expertise in Specialty and Long Tail general insurance. You bring strong technical capability, commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex and sensitive claims independently.
