Senior Carpentry Estimator

Carpentry Estimator
Prepare detailed estimates and conceptual budgets for carpentry and interior construction projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities. Coordinate bid activities and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Develop project costs, pricing strategies, and estimate deliverables for competitive pursuits. Partner with preconstruction and operations teams to support project planning and successful execution.
A successful Carpentry Estimator should have: 5+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction, carpentry, or interiors. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience. Strong understanding of competitive bidding, conceptual estimating, and cost analysis. Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented professional with strong ethics, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
