A growing Kansas City company is looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager with an emphasis in Compliance and Strategic to add to its team. Great benefits!

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:

• In-charge of Human Resources Legal and Compliance
• Administer HRIS
• Manage the recruiting process which includes recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and background checks.
• Make sure job descriptions are up to date
• Handle employee issues and conflicts
• Facilitate employee performance improvement plans
• Annually review employee health insurance options
• Assist with the administration of the retirement plan
• Oversee annual benefit open enrollment and distribute any notices
• Maintain employee handbook
• Any other needs as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong experience with Compliance and Strategic Human Resources
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
