ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

Our client was established in 1977 to assist employers with the implementation and operation of Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and other employee benefit plans. They have evolved into one of the largest employee benefit firms in Southwestern Ohio.

Their staff of more than 50 professionals support a client base of over 475 companies. Our client serves clients nationally, as well as regionally in our primary market of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana from our administration center and headquarters located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Account Executive manages the administration of assigned 401(k) plans and provides customer service while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for managing an assigned client list and handling all aspects of recordkeeping, asset reconciliation, document interpretation and government reporting requirements for assigned plans.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with client decision makers, day-to-day plan contacts and other interested parties.
• Quarter end valuation processing.
• Year-end processing: including but not limited to census scrubbing, testing review, 5500 preparations.
• Match and profit-sharing allocations.
• Handling higher level processing (QDROs, error corrections, beneficiary distributions, etc.)
• Review of fund change memo, enrollment books, participant statement.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of retirement industry experience
• Knowledge of the Schwab Retirement Technologies (SRT) recordkeeping system, preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Location: Cincinnati, OH (onsite preferred, will consider hybrid)
• Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus opportunities between $3,000-$7,000 annually.
