A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced technology leader to head the Data, Reporting, and Analytics function within the Working Capital Solutions (WCS) domain, which includes Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, and Commercial Cards.In this role, you will define and execute the reporting and analytics strategy, design and deliver scalable data solutions, and select appropriate data platforms, reporting tools, and analytics technologies. You will support a wide range of business, regulatory, and operational use cases while ensuring data integrity, consistency, and governance across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the data, reporting, and analytics strategy for the WCS domainDesign and implement scalable, end-to-end data and reporting architecturesPartner with stakeholders across product, operations, technology, and business teams to align data solutions with business needsDrive end-to-end data integration, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across upstream and downstream systemsEvaluate and select data platforms, reporting tools, and analytics technologiesEnsure data integrity, availability, and timely delivery of actionable insightsCollaborate with Enterprise Architecture to align solutions with enterprise standards, scalability, and regulatory requirementsLead the design, development, and enhancement of applications, data pipelines, and reporting frameworksMonitor, analyze, and improve application and data platform performanceProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teamsSupport integration of third-party applications and servicesConduct requirements analysis, assess technical feasibility, and contribute to business case developmentOversee testing, validation, and quality assurance of solutions to ensure adherence to standards and requirementsQualificationsRequired Experience8+ years of experience in technology within banking, financial services, or fintech8+ years of experience in data modeling and designing data structures across various formats8+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, ETL tools, and data platform developmentProven experience working in regulated environments and matrixed organizationsStrong background in enterprise data architecture, application development, and database designPreferred ExperienceExperience in the Working Capital Solutions domain (Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Commercial Cards)Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWSFamiliarity with both relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB)Experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practicesExperience working in Agile environments and leading engineering teamsTechnical SkillsAdvanced SQL and complex query developmentExpertise in data warehousing and ETL frameworksStrong knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architectureExperience with enterprise DBMS and stored proceduresFamiliarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)Strong understanding of DevOps workflows and CI/CD principlesLeadership & CompetenciesDemonstrated leadership and team management capabilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic decisionsProblem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutionsEducation:•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience“Visa sponsorship/support is based on business needs. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
