Salary: $17 - $19
Shindigs is more than a restaurant were a community gathering spot for great food, cold drinks, and live music. Our kitchen is the heart of the house, and were looking for an experienced Line Cook to bring the heat, keep up the pace, and deliver quality plates with pride and precision.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs
- Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
- Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen leadership
- Assist with prep and inventory as needed
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation standards
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and thrive during rushes
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Food Handler's Card
